A Boater's Paradise Inc. Fishing Team

In 2004 we are pleased to have two boats on our team. These two vessels are equipped with the very best of everything, including their crew.

Capt. Mark Covington (of A Boater's Paradise Inc.) is a three time SKA National qualifer along with his son Dawson, team members Chris Ray and Dooley Miller make up the "Hooked Up" Fishing Team. "Hooked up" is a Red 34' fountain powered by triple 250xs racing Mercurys. The Red boat with the Gold aboatersparadise.com logo was at the front of the pack the whole time in Biloxi. It was the fastest boat there except for one 38' Fountain powered by quad 250xs. This team won first place in the 2004 Ft. McCalister fishing tournament and is currently ranked as the #1 Mercury powered boat in the SKA's Division Four the 2004 season. Marks son Dawson, is currently ranked 4th place in the SKA's Junior Division 4. This is the third year in a row that the "Hooked Up" Fishing Team has been to the SKA National Championship in Biloxi Mississippi. They placed in the Money with a respectful 33rd place out of 370+ boats in the big boat division with a 40.61 lb King on the First day and a 22.49 lb on the secound. JOB WELL DONE!

Mike Baymiller is the leader of "The Who?" Fishing Team along with his wife Kim and team member Lee Southard. "The Who?" is a three time SKA National qualifer and placed in two out of five division four events with a 6th Place in the Sapelo Open and 17th in the Golden Isles Kingfish Tournament. Kim Baymiller is currently ranked 4th in the SKA's Lady Angler Division 4. Lee Southard is ranked 3rd in the SKA Senior Division. "The Who" is a 2005 White and Black 34' Fountain powered by triple Mercury 275 Verado 4 Strokes. Both boats can reach speeds between 68-74mph which makes them the first to the fishing grounds and back. All of our Tournament Fishing Boats ride on custom Loadmaster Trailers.

Both these teams did a great job of representing A Boater's Paradise this year. If there is anybody who can attest to the quality and ride of a Fountain these boys can.
